Using Movy

You may use Movy for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, internet connection, and the choices you make when saving or sharing wallpaper content.

Wallpaper license

Unless a specific item says otherwise, Movy gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use wallpapers obtained through the app as personal device backgrounds. This does not transfer ownership or permit resale, relicensing, bulk redistribution, or use of the artwork as a trademark or standalone commercial asset.

Some content comes from creators or third-party sources and remains subject to their rights and any attribution or license shown in Movy. Do not remove attribution or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Studio creations

Studio renders wallpapers on your device from the colors and controls you choose. You may use those exported wallpapers for personal device backgrounds. You remain responsible for how you share or otherwise use any output.

Availability and changes

Online catalogs, daily content, and third-party services can change or become unavailable. We may update or retire features to keep Movy secure, reliable, and useful. Movy is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Apple terms

Your download and use of Movy is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, where applicable.
